Dear Mr. Wolfe,

We were fortunate to have chosen JWI when fire damaged our home requiring a major rebuild/renovation project. We found everyone to be professional, friendly and sympathetic to our situation.

Our project foreman, Jay, was always either on site or just a phone call away. We felt as if we were active partners in the project and not just silent owners.

The interaction between JWI and our insurance representatives was glitch free, allowing us to concentrate on getting our home back together.

We called JWI after a frozen water line flooded a large portion of our home.  After we reported our claim to our insurance company, Mr Wolfe met with our adjuster, agreed on the estimate, and took direct payment.  We lived in the house while the repairs were being made. To minimize the disruption in our lives, JWI scheduled the repairs around our working schedules and never left a mess for us to deal with at the end of the day. The workers were polite, clean and respectful. We never felt concerned about the safety of our valuables while they were in our home. To top it all off, our home was cleaned from top to bottom before they asked us to sign off on the repairs. We would highly recommend JWI for any restoration project.
